1. Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Mapping: Identify and map potential candidates through databases, job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Sourcing & Selection: Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates in line with job requirements and client expectations.
• Interview & Assessment: Coordinate and conduct interviews; support assessment administration and result evaluation.
• Candidate Management: Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Client Meetings & Service Agreements: Participate in client meetings to understand hiring needs and assist in drafting service agreements.

2. Requirements:

• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree holders or final-year students from all majors are welcome.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in both individual and group settings.
• Strong ambition, willingness to learn and develop, teamwork mindset, and proactive attitude.
