1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support Recruitment Consultants in the end to end recruitment process, from role briefing to candidate shortlisting
  • Source and build talent pipelines for open positions using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and internal database
  • Screen CVs and applications based on job requirements and share clear shortlisting recommendations
  • Support interview coordination including scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and post interview follow ups
  • Assist with initial candidate screening when assigned and capture structured notes for the team
  • Maintain and improve the candidate database and CRM with accurate updates, status tracking, and next steps
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to support searches, including competitor and industry insights
  • Support delivery tasks assigned by the Team Manager to keep hiring processes moving smoothly
2. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Currently a third year student or above, or a fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
  • Strong interest in recruitment, headhunting, and consulting style work
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above in both written and spoken communication
  • Clear and professional communication, comfortable approaching candidates and building rapport
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proactive and results-oriented, willing to learn fast and handle rejection in outreach
  • Good planning and critical thinking
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Can commit to 20 working hours per week
