1. Job Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Recruitment Intern to join our VN Volume Recruitment team. This role is highly hands-on and focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding high volumes of candidates to meet our hiring targets.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Candidate Attraction

• Drive daily sourcing activities to generate a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, recruitment events, and other sourcing channels.

Screening & Selection

• Conduct phone screens, initial interviews, face-to-face interviews, and recruitment orientations.
• Assess candidates against job requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall suitability.

Hiring & Onboarding

• Drive candidates through the recruitment process from initial contact to offer and onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams (HRBP, C&B,...) to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Verify candidate information and required employment documents.

Stakeholder & Recruitment Management

• Partner closely with Operations, HR, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and manpower demand.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline, conversion, and hiring status.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers.

3. Requirements:

• Experience before in recruitment, mass hiring, headhunting, or sourcing, preferably in the BPO/ITO industry.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Comfortable using job portals, social media, recruitment databases, and MS Office.
• Be able to internship full-time
