1. Position Overview:

• In this position, you will have an overview about the inbound industry which focus on Inbound market, what Inbound travelers expect from us and how can we provide them an unforgettable experience in Vietnam.
• Location: 5th floor, Vinafor Tower, 127 Lo Duc Street, Hai Ba Trung Ward, Hanoi

2. Responsibilities:

• Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries.
• Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents.
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
• Support Team in update data into Tourplan software.
• Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.

3. Qualifications: 

• 3,4th year student study in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English or French/ German.Other language is a plus.
• Has a professional mind-set and a passion for travel and his/her work.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office; Travel related software).
• Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team.
