1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

How you’ll make an impact

This position is open to candidates in Hanoi City.

In this position, you will have an overview about the inbound industry which focuses on the Inbound market, what Inbound travelers expect from us and how we can provide them an unforgettable experience in Vietnam. 

What you’ll do:

• Support Tour Operator in creating outlines and Travel itineraries
• Help to reconfirm bookings with/for agents
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels and deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
• Support Team in update data into Tourplan software
• Support Tour Operator in communicating and arranging Tour guide

2. REQUIREMENTS:

• 3rd–4th year student in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related fields
• Available for at least 3 days per week
• Good command of written & spoken English or French/ German. Other language is a plus
• Good computer literacy (MS Office)
• Good attitude, and able to work as part of a team
