1. Job Description:

• Submit SI to carrier/airlines;
• Create AWB/BL to customers; do manifest
• Work with shipping companies, airlines, and warehouses when goods arrive.
• Enter data/milestones into the system.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Mentor.

2. Work location:

• CMC Building, Dich Vong Hau, Cau Giay, Hanoi
• Soho Biz Tower, 38 Huynh Lan Khanh, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

3. Requirements:

• Full-time for 3-6 months working with the company.
• Live in Hanoi / Ho Chi Minh or nearby areas.
• Must have completed their academic program.
• Be logical, eager to learn, and hardworking.
• Major in maritime transport, aviation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Good communication skills in English, proficient in Excel.
