I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Position Overview:
Supply Chain Support
- Support procurement and purchasing processes in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Assist in preparing, filing and maintaining procurement documentation and records.
- Support supplier coordination and logistics arrangements when required.
- Provide administrative support to Supply Chain activities and other operational tasks as assigned
Finance and Administration Support
- Support the review and filing of financial and administrative documents to ensure completeness and compliance with organisational procedures.
- Assist in scanning, organising and maintaining electronic and hard-copy records.
- Support document translation between Vietnamese and English when required.
- Assist in organising meetings, workshops, trainings and other office events.
- Support travel arrangements, courier services, document delivery and other administrative activities.
2. Length: At least 6 months with possible contract extension
3. Working time: Full-time from Monday – Friday (40 hours/week)
II. REQUIREMENTS:
1. Qualifications
- University graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant qualification
- or 4th-year university student in Economics or Finance
2. Knowledge and skills:
- Good organisation, communication and facilitation skills;
- Proficient in translating between English – Vietnamese – English.
- Ability to learn quickly and respond to multiple demands.
- Computer literate with strong computer skills in MS Office as Excel, PDF
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Willing to travel to the field;
- Motivated, patient, hardworking and responsible with assigned work.
