I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Operation Tasks (50%)

• Monitor hygiene, technical conditions, and overall operational activities on the assigned floor during business hours.
• Coordinate with team members to check product quality, pricing, and labeling of assigned brands; support demand and supply management.
• Participate in and coordinate training activities to ensure brand staff comply with Lotte Department Store regulations and standards.

2. Marketing & Event (30%)

• Work closely with brands to cooperate on marketing activities, promotions, and events to drive sales.
• Propose ideas and organize events to increase sales performance and attract new customers.
• Invite brands to occupy available spaces for discount sales and new product launches.
• Collaborate with the team to research market trends and regularly update market status.

3. Sales Report & Payment (20%)

• Coordinate with the Finance Department on payment-related matters concerning brands.
• Review and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales performance of the floor, and forecast sales for the following month.

• Final-year student or recent graduate; ages 20–25.
• No experience required; retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• English at intermediate level or above.
• Careful, proactive, honest, and self-disciplined.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to work independently with good analytical skills.
