I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Bootcamp Summary

Phase 1: Base camp (Month 1)

• Join our Base Camp, where you build strong foundations. You will go beyond theory with hands-on learning from real audit cases and direct mentoring from our trainers. Trainees who meet performance expectations will advance to Phase 2.

Phase 2: Real Work Phase (Month 2 & 3)

• Engage in hands-on, real-world practice under the guidance of experienced professionals. Qualified trainees will be offered the role of Audit Associate 1.

2. Key Responsibilities

Audit Service Delivery

• Coordinate with colleagues in Hanoi and Singapore Office to deliver audit services.
• Ensure client deliverables meet established quality and timeline standards.

Client & Project Support

• Liaise with clients to address queries related to the services provided.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as requested by managers.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

Must Have

• Eager to learn.
• Ready to work full time since start date of bootcamp onward
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, finance or related majors.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team.

Highly Desirable

• ACCA/ICAEW Qualification
