1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Capture photos and videos of real estate activities, events, projects, or other content as requested by superiors.
• Edit and create simple videos (add effects, audio, text, colors, etc.) ensuring aesthetic appeal, attractiveness, and alignment with communication messages.
• Write and edit articles, and perform basic image design for the website and other media channels according to company guidelines and style.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on revenue, expenses, inventory, and other issues as required by upper management.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Work Location: SOHO Building, Heritage Westlake, Tay Ho, Hanoi
Working Hours: Full-time (9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday) - 2-month probation

• Good English communication skills; Mandarin Chinese is a plus (will work directly with foreigners).
• Experience in shooting and editing videos (CapCut, KineMaster, or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and creatively.
• Good health and a high sense of responsibility.
