I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Strategic Planning & Business Roadmapping 

(Company direction → actionable plans) 

  • Lead preparation of Annual Business Plan (revenue, profitability, channel priorities)
  • Coordinate Seasonal Planning cycles (collection calendar, campaign timeline, major drops)
  • Translate strategy into execution roadmap with milestones and owners
  • Support leadership in defining company priorities and resource allocation
  • Build business cases for new initiatives (category launch, new source of growth, pricing,…)  

2. Strategic Partnerships & Resource Mobilization 

(Enable the business units to execute by securing external support & internal resources) 

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support business initiatives (brand collaborations, licensing, distribution, platforms, suppliers, service partners) 
  • Support CEO in fundraising initiatives, project financing and investor engagement for key growth projects
  • Coordinate preparation of partnership and investment materials (business cases, proposals, data packages)
  • Act as central coordinator for cross-BU resource allocation, ensuring each business unit has the required budget, support functions and capabilities to execute plans 

3. Business Performance Tracking & Management Reporting 

(What is happening in the business) 

  • Consolidate weekly and monthly business performance across business unit and centralize service 
  • Monitor key department KPIs and identify gaps vs target and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare CEO dashboard & management reports to BOD 

4. Executive Communication & Organizational Alignment 

(Make decisions understood and executed) 

  • Translate CEO direction into clear actions for teams
  • Communicate priorities across departments with clarity and consistency
  • Maintain key to success (weekly meeting rhythm, review cycles) and act as information bridge  
II. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Education: A Bachelor in Economics / Commerce or Business Management, Marketing,… 
  • Language: Good command of English (both written and verbal) is mandatory to interact with international investors and partners.
  • Preferred experience: Minimum 01 year of experience in consulting / strategy analyst/ business analysis or experience in fast-moving environment (retail, startup, FMCG, ecom)
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini Advanced,…), Ability to structure problems & build frameworks
  • Core Competencies: Structured & logical thinking, Time-management skills, Comfortable with ambiguity & fast pace and Business curiosity
