1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Act as the CEO’s right hand in both daily execution and strategic initiatives
• Drive follow-up and execution across departments to ensure alignment with company priorities
• Participate in business planning, performance tracking, and decision-making processes
• Support development of new business initiatives (sales strategy, partnerships, new products)
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and internal analysis for key decisions
• Monitor KPIs across Sales, Operations, and Marketing; identify gaps and propose improvements
• Lead or co-lead internal projects (process optimization, new product launches, team coordination)
• Represent the CEO in internal meetings when required and ensure clear communication flow  

• Have experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, startups, business operations, or similar)
• Strong business acumen — able to understand numbers, operations, and commercial logic
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking skills
• Strong English (writing, presentation, and communication)
• High ownership mindset — able to take responsibility beyond assigned tasks
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Ambition to grow into leadership or business management roles
