1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Management Assistant with 6 months to 1 year of experience in product management or a related field, focusing on Shopify app development and SaaS. This role supports the product team in shaping innovative solutions for e-commerce businesses globally.

• Assist in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps for Shopify apps.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product innovation.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Help communicate the product’s value proposition internally and externally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Shopify updates, and best practices.

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in product management or related fields.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Language: Proficient in English.
• Mindset: Passionate, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Preferred Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing, technology, and e-commerce.
