1. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Currently, we are seeking for some TP Junior with the SOW as follows:

We are searching for Transfer Pricing juniors who are supposed to assist our team in transfer pricing engagements and other related activities as a member of the client service team. Our main activities may include:

• Analyse clients’ financial situation, functions and risks, business cycle, and perform Transfer Pricing adjustments
• Perform market studies and industry research for benchmarking and price setting
• Advise on Transfer Pricing planning and review Transfer Pricing models
• Prepare the Transfer Pricing documentation; Review global/ regional Transfer Pricing documentation
• Participate actively in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess clients’ transfer pricing matters
• Assist in all other aspects of Transfer Pricing assignments such as Transfer Pricing defense assistance or Advance pricing agreements (APAs)
• Summarize and prepare Transfer Pricing report.

• Candidates for the position of Transfer Pricing juniors need to fulfil the following criteria:
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or economic related subjects
• Knowledge or having experience with transfer pricing is a big plus.
• Good command of English, especially writing skills
• Strong MS Excel skills, and familiar with Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word and Power Point)
• Project and time management skills
• Detail orientation
• Additional knowledge on international taxes, accounting basis, auditing or finance is a plus.
