I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Operation Task (50%)

• Supervising hygiene, technical, activities issues at the floor on operation time.
• Controlling product quality, prices, tag of the brands in charge; Managing the demand - supply of the products.
• Training brand staff to follow Lotte DS regulations.

2. Marketing & Event (30%)

• Working with brands to co-operate and support them with marketing and update promotion.
• Make ideas and create an event to grow sales and attract new customers
• Invite brand for available position to sales discount product and introduce new product
• Survey market trend and update market status

3. Sales Report & Payment (20%)

• Working with the Finance Dep’t about payment relating to the brand.
• Checking and analyzing daily sales, weekly and monthly sales of the floor then forecast sales of the next month.
