1. About the Program:

The UrBox Future Talent Program is a 6-month journey for final-year students and fresh graduates. You will learn inside a real team, work on real tasks, and be guided by experienced leaders along the way. Trainees who do well will join UrBox as full-time employees, and the strongest ones can move up to leadership roles faster.

2. Who Can Apply:

We welcome students from all majors. You will join one of three areas:

• Business: for people who enjoy working with customers and partners and want to drive growth
• Operations: for organized, detail-minded people who like making things run smoothly
• Technology & Product: for people who love solving problems and building digital products

3. Requirements:

• Final-year student (graduating in 2027) or recent graduate
• Major that fits the area you apply to
• Eager to learn, curious, and responsible
• Good communication and teamwork
• Good English and basic skills in Office / Google Workspace
• Comfortable using data and AI tools in your work
• Willing to work with UrBox for at least 1 year
• Able to start full-time on January 4, 2027

5. Hiring Process:

• CV Screening: Suitable candidates will receive a test invitation
• Round 1, Aptitude Test: A personality and logical thinking test
• Round 2, Case Test: A practical case based on your major and the area you apply to
• Round 3, Interview: A direct conversation with the Head of Department about your case
