• Full Grants (23 awards): 100% exemption from the first-time enrollment fee and annual study expenses.
• 50% Discount Grants (20 awards): 50% exemption from the first-time enrollment fee and annual study expenses.
• Special Program Grants (17 awards): 100% exemption from special course fees (standard original costs still apply according to the university's schedule).

• Must be an international student (non-Egyptian citizen).
• Must be applying for an associate diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate (Master's/PhD) program at Helwan University.
• Must not be receiving any other academic awards or scholarships from other Egyptian universities.To maintain the scholarship annually, students must achieve a minimum overall academic grade of "Good".
• Priority for high school certificates (Thanaweya Amma) is given to recent graduate
