The scholarship provides full financial coverage to ensure scholars can focus entirely on their studies and research.

Financial Coverage Includes:

• Monthly Stipend (AUD 34,000 annually)

To be considered for the SAI Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

General Requirements:

• Be an international student (not an Australian citizen or permanent resident)
• Apply for a full-time master’s program at the University of Canberra

Academic Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree with Honours (First Class) or equivalent
• Strong academic record with a GPA equivalent to an Australian distinction average

Other Requirements:

• Demonstrated interest or background in sustainability or agriculture
• Meet the University of Canberra’s English proficiency requirements (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
• Be under 35 years of age (preferred, not mandatory)

Ensure you prepare and submit the following documents:

• Completed Online Application Form
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with academic and professional background
• Academic Transcripts (certified and translated if not in English)
• Degree Certificates (certified copies)
• Research Proposal aligned with SAI themes
• Two Letters of Recommendation (academic or professional)
• Proof of English Proficiency (IELTS or equivalent)
• Passport Copy (valid)
