Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program and expected to graduate before August 2026
- Graduated within the last five years (since January 2020)
- Graduated more than five years ago but will be under 30 years old as of January 1, 2025

Applicants are required to submit two recommendation letters:
- One academic reference
- One community reference
A professional/work reference may replace the academic reference if the chosen program does not require academic recommendations.

- Referees will receive an online form via email.
- Applicants are encouraged to choose recommenders who know them well and can provide specific examples of their strengths and contributions.
