The Colombian Government Scholarship 2025 is now open for applications. This fully funded scholarship, offered by the Government of Colombia for the academic year 2025. The Scholarship is available to foreign students wishing to pursue a Master’s Degree Program at Colombian public and private Higher Education institutions. The scholarship has a duration of 2 years (4 semesters) and is managed and funded by ICETEX—an entity of the Colombian State that promotes Higher Education. The Colombian Government Scholarship covers Health Insurance, Medical costs, Tuition fees, Visa expenses, Living Expenses, a Monthly Stipend, Installation Expenses, and Books for all selected applicants. Notably, IELTS is not required for this scholarship program. Further details regarding the eligibility criteria and the application process are provided below.

• Foreign citizens of any nationality can apply. The Scholarship is open to all students who are from outside Colombia.
• Not for Colombian citizens and nationals.
• Must not have any marital or de facto relationship in Colombia.
• Not be older than 50 years
• Have a professional, undergraduate, or graduate degree in any area of knowledge.
• Applicants can apply for up to three degree programs.
• IELTS is not required.
