• Applicants with a Bachelor's degree or above are eligible to apply for Master's programs.

• Only English-taught graduate programs are eligible for the NTUST Scholarship. Chinese-taught programs do not provide NTUST scholarships.
• Graduate students admitted to English-taught master's and doctoral programs may apply for a one-year scholarship. Continuation of the scholarship depends on the student's academic and research performance.
• The type of scholarship is determined by each department based on the applicant's qualifications.
• Scholarship recipients receive tuition and fee waivers for each scholarship year and may apply through the online admission application system.

• Applicants are required to upload all application documents through the online application system before the deadline.
• Specific required documents vary by department or graduate institute and may include items such as a Curriculum Vitae, Study Plan, Recommendation Letter(s), English Proficiency Test, Research Outcomes or Publications, Past Employment, or other department-specific requirements.

• Applicants who fail to submit supplementary documents after the application deadline will not be allowed to replace or add documents unless requested by NTUST for clarification.
• Applicants must comply with the Ministry of Education's Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan. Submission of forged, fabricated, or altered documents will result in cancellation of admission, student status, or awarded degree.
• Admission notices do not guarantee visa approval. Visa issuance is subject to the Bureau of Consular Affairs or Taiwan Overseas Representative Offices, which may require additional language proficiency certificates or supporting documents.
