• The applicant must have to apply for the Master’s degree program starting from 1st September 2026.

• First, apply for a Master’s programme eligible for the Utrecht Excellence Scholarship before the programme’s deadline.
• Once your application is submitted, non-EU/EEA students can start the scholarship application from 1 November.
• Log in to your OSIRIS Online Application account to see your eligible programme(s).
• Click view/edit next to the programme linked to the scholarship.
• Upload proof that you are in the top 10% of your class.
• Answer all the scholarship questions carefully.
