The Seoul Metropolitan Government is pleased to announce the 2026 Seoul Tech Scholarship, designed to support outstanding students from all countries in completing master's programs at graduate schools in Seoul. The program aims to nurture talented individuals who will contribute to the city's future industries.

ELIGIBILITY
- Prospective master's students enrolling in a STEM graduate program at a university in Seoul
- Eligible universities: Kyung Hee University, Konkuk University, Korea University, Seoul National University, Seoul National University of Science and Technology. University of Seoul, Sogang University, Sungkyunkwan University, Soongsil University
- Bachelor's degree holders (or expected graduates) aged 40 or under
- Non-Korean nationals with non-Korean parents.
SUPPORT DETAILS
- Duration: Up to 2 years
- Funding:
- Approximately KRW 20 million per year
- Admission fee & tuition
- Academic stipend (KRW 1 million per month)
- Health insurance
- One-way airfare.
