BENEFITS:
For Bachelor Applicants:
- HAN NL Scholarship: €2,500 awarded in the 1st and 2nd semesters, then €2,500 each year for the next three years, as long as you earn 45 credits each year.
- Honors Scholarship: Automatically given to top students in their first year. €2,500 awarded in the 2nd year and each following year, provided you earn 45 credits annually. Eligible students include those completing minor requirements and those not receiving a HAN Holland scholarship.
For Master’s Degree Applicants:
- HAN NL Scholarship: €2,500 disbursed in the first and second semesters, totaling €5,000.
- Honors Scholarship: Automatically awarded to outstanding students in the first year. A one-time payment of €2,500 is provided in the second semester. Eligible students are those not receiving a HAN Holland scholarship.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Must be a citizen of a country outside the EU/EEA.
- Must not have previously enrolled in a degree program at a university or applied sciences university in the Netherlands.
- Must be enrolled in a full-time English-taught degree program at HAN University of Applied Sciences.
- Must demonstrate English proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 6.5, a TOEFL iBT score of 90, or a Cambridge Certificate (CAE or CPE).
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Motivation letter: Explaining why you would be a successful HAN student.
- Short video: A 3-minute video describing yourself, what you excel in, what your former teachers or friends would say about you, your chosen course of study at HAN, your career ambitions, and where you see yourself in 10 years.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV): A detailed account of your education, work experience, and achievements.

- Review Eligibility Criteria: Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements, including nationality, prior enrollment, admission into a full-time English-taught degree program at HAN, and English proficiency.
