The Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) is providing scholarships under the DAAD's "Development-Related Postgraduate Courses" program to students hailing from developing countries. These awards present a valuable opportunity for eligible individuals to pursue their studies at MIPLC and contribute to their academic and professional growth.
DAAD-MIPLC Scholarships 2024/25 For International Students From Developing Countries, Germany. is available to undertake Postgraduate level programs at Germany Universities.
Following subject are available to study under this scholarship program.
- All Subjects
- Depending on academic level, monthly payments of 934 euros for graduates or 1,200 euros for doctoral candidates
- Payments towards health, accident and personal liability insurance cover
- Travel allowance, unless these expenses are covered by the home country or another source of funding
Under certain circumstances, scholarship holders may receive the following additional benefits:
- Monthly rent subsidy
- Monthly allowance for accompanying members of family
Graduates with at least two years' professional experience from the following countries: list of eligible countries
Applicants eligible for the DAAD scholarship for "Development-Related Postgraduate Courses" must meet the following criteria:

Possess a Bachelor's degree that spans at least four years (or a three-year Bachelor's degree along with an additional degree) and have attained above-average academic results.

Graduated with their most recent degree no more than six years prior to the scholarship application.

Hold a minimum of two years of full-time professional experience in a developing country's public authority, state institution, or private company. University staff and academics are generally not considered for this requirement. It is acceptable if the candidate completes the two years of experience by the start of the program in October. The experience must have been gained subsequent to the completion of the candidate's initial university degree.
4. Attain English language proficiency test scores in line with the MIPLC's stipulated requirements (refer to the scholarship website for specific details).
