Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Countries: Open to applicants from all countries
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: The scholarship will be awarded in any subject offered by the university
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a foreign institution recognized by the higher education authorities in the applicant's country.
- Meet the necessary conditions for applying for admission to the host higher education institution, regardless of nationality.
- Hold a 1st or 2nd cycle degree that qualifies for access to the chosen Master's program and meets the entry requirements.
- The last 1st or 2nd cycle degree obtained in the applicant's country of origin must have been awarded no more than 5 years before the start of the intended study program.
- Applicants who have studied in specific countries are given priority.
- Applications that meet the eligibility criteria of the ARES development cooperation grants program are excluded.
- Submit a complete application by the specified deadline, including required documents and a properly labeled email subject.

STEP 1 Check whether the Wallonia-Brussels Federation institution of your choice participates in the Master IN - WBI scholarships programme.
STEP 2 Submit your application to the host institution of your choice by sending
- an admission file specific to the target higher education establishment and
- the Master IN - WBI scholarships application form. STEP 3 The host institution pre-selects the eligible applications.
STEP 4 Its ranking is forwarded to Wallonia-Brussels International, which makes the final selection on the basis of defined criteria.
STEP 5 The results are communicated by Wallonia-Brussels International to the host higher education institution by 15 May at the latest.
STEP 6 The applicant is informed of the follow-up given to his/her application by the host higher education institution.
All stays must begin in the calendar year of the selection. No postponements will be possible.
