The Agency for Science, Technology, and Research (A-STAR) is a Government agency in Singapore offering a fully funded A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship for 2025. The Singapore A STAR ACIS scholarship program is open to international and Singaporean citizens. Undergraduate students who are in the final year can also apply. The A STAR Computing and Information Science Scholarship (ACIS) aims to attract applicants who wish to pursue a PhD in computing and information science (CIS) areas.

Eligibility Criteria
- Open to all Nationals including Singaporeans.
- Non-Singaporeans must have completed a degree or are on track to complete a degree.
- Have obtained at least a 2nd Upper-Class Honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Applicants in the last semester of their final year of undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
- Having a strong interest in the CIS area.
Service Commitment
There is a 3-year service commitment. Non-Singaporeans must work for 3 years in any Singaporean-based company related to CIS disciplines.
