To apply for the International Graduate Scholarship 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Educational Background:
   • Master’s Program: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
   • Ph.D. Program: A master’s degree or equivalent.
   • Combined Program: Completion of 16 years of education.
2. Age Requirement:
   • Applicants must be born on or after April 2, 1988.
3. Nationality:
   • Open to students from all countries with diplomatic relations with Japan.
4. Field of Study:
   • The applicant must pursue a field of study that aligns with their previous academic background.
5. Language Proficiency:
   • If English is not your native language, you can submit an English Proficiency Certificate from your previous university. No IELTS or TOEFL scores are required.

• Deadline for Consent Mail/Letter Submission: March 31, 2025 (11:59 PM JST).
• Application Deadline: April 6, 2025 (11:59 PM JST).
• Notification of Results: May 28, 2025 (3:00 PM JST).

   • Reach out to a Tokyo Tech faculty member via email with your CV and other supporting documents. Obtain a consent letter from the supervisor.
2. Submit the Consent Letter:
   • Send the acceptance letter to the Admissions Office.
3. Online Application:
   • Once you receive the application link, complete the online form and upload the required documents.

   • Field of Study and Study Program form (designated format).
   • Summary of thesis.
