To be eligible for the University of Genova Scholarship 2026-27, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Open to students of all nationalities.
• Applicants must meet specific academic requirements for the chosen program.
• Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence and a strong motivation for their field of study.
• Some programs may require proficiency in the Italian or English language, depending on the course.

• Valid identification document (passport or identity card).
• Europass CV
• Bachelor’s degree: final certificate, provisional, or letter from the University with the expected date of graduation.
• Transcript of records.
• English proficiency certificate or certificate attesting that English has been the Bachelor’s medium of instruction.

You can apply for a maximum of TWO programs:

• Master’s degrees (master’s degrees) taught in English
• Master’s degrees (master’s degrees) taught in Italian
• Bachelor’s degrees taught in English
• Bachelor’s degrees and 5-6 year degrees taught in Italian

• Start by checking the application period and make sure you are applying within the official dates for the 2026 intake.
• Choose the Master’s programme you want to apply for and confirm that you meet all admission requirements, including academic background and language criteria.
• Prepare the required documents, such as your degree certificate, academic transcripts, and proof of English language skills. Include official translations if needed.
• Fill out the application form through the national application portal and submit it before the deadline. You can select up to three Master’s programmes in one application.
• Upload all required attachments on time, as late submissions are not accepted under any circumstances.
• If you are required to pay tuition fees, apply for the tuition-fee waiver (scholarship) directly in the same application form. No separate scholarship form is needed.
• After submitting your application, wait for the review process. If you receive an offer, follow the instructions to submit certified copies of your documents and confirm your study place.
