• Citizens of an ADB borrowing member countries that are not currently living or working in a non ADB borrowing member countries
• Applicants with a bachelor degree or other equivalent degree with an excellent academic record
• Applicants with excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Applicants with at least 2 years of full-time working experience in a professional company after bachelor degree graduation
• Applicants that are not more than 35 years old during the application period
• Applicants that are healthy physically and mentally to finish the study program
• Applicants that have apply and pass the International Graduate Program (IGP) examination of Keio University
• Applicants that are committed to return to their country of origin and contribute to the country development after the completion of the chosen study program
• Applicants that are not working as ADB’s Executive Directors, Alternate Directors, management, and staff or have a relative that is working as one of the position above
• Applicants that does not belong to any categories that is considered as ineligible to apply for the ADB-JSP scholarship

• This scholarship is provided for various master degree study program that are offered at Keio University
• The available study programs for this scholarship are the study programs provided at the School of Fundamental Science and Technology, School of Integrated Design Engineering, and School of Science for Open and Environmental System with Master of Science and Master of Science in Engineering degrees

• Full tuition fee cover
• Entrance fee cover
• Monthly allowance (including housing allowance)
• Books and materials allowance
• Travel expenses (one round trip air ticket)
• Medical insurance
• Additional research grant (for some students)
• Computer literacy, language, and other related course (for some students)

The scholarship benefits will be given to the scholarship awardee for maximum two years of the study

• Apply for the master study program at Keio University that is eligible for this scholarship
• Submit your application along with the scholarship application form provided in the website before the closing date of application

The announcement of Keio University study program selection result will be done around mid of January 2026.

The application deadline for the master programs at Keio University is on 31 October 2025.
