Benefit

• Full Tuition Fee Waiver: The scholarship covers the complete tuition fee for the duration of the admitted study program.
• Note: The scholarship does NOT cover living costs, accommodation, travel expenses, or the application fee.

Eligibility

• Must be a fee-paying student (non-EU/EEA citizen required to pay tuition fees in Sweden).
• Must apply for an international campus-based program at the University of Gothenburg as your first choice.
• Eligible Master's programs: All international campus-based master's programs (Distance learning programs like Education for Sustainable Development are NOT eligible).
• Eligible Bachelor's programs: Software Engineering and Management, Computer science and AI, International Relations, Business and Economics, and select BFA programs at the Artistic Faculty.

Required Documents

• Standard admission documents (Transcripts, proof of English proficiency, etc.) submitted via universityadmissions.se.
• For the scholarship application: A CV and a Letter of Motivation. (Note: You will write these directly in the scholarship application system; you cannot upload or attach documents).

How to Apply

• Step 1: Apply for an eligible Bachelor's or Master's program at the University of Gothenburg as your first priority through the national portal HERE by January 15, 2027.
• Step 2: Pay the application fee and submit all documents showing you meet the entry requirements by February 1, 2027.
• Step 3: Wait for the email invitation. If you are eligible, you will receive an email with instructions around February 10, 2027 (sent to the address registered in your universityadmissions.se account).
• Step 4: Follow the link in the email to access the scholarship portal, where you will write and submit your CV and Letter of Motivation for the final selection process.
