1. Eligibility Criteria

• Be a citizen of one of the 34 eligible countries, including Vietnam.
• Apply for an eligible English-taught master’s programme in Sweden.
• Be liable to pay tuition fees at Swedish universities.
• Have demonstrated work experience.
• Demonstrate leadership experience through employment, entrepreneurship, or involvement in civil society organisations.
• Be admitted to an eligible master’s programme to qualify for the scholarship.

2. Benefits

• Full tuition fee coverage.
• Monthly allowance of SEK 12,000 for living expenses.
• One-time travel grant of SEK 15,000.

3. How To Apply

• Apply for eligible master’s programmes through University Admissions between October 16, 2026, and January 15, 2027.
• Prepare the required scholarship application documents, which will be published on November 13, 2026.
• Submit the SI Scholarship application between February 8 and 24, 2027.
• Wait for the university admission results on April 1, 2027, and the scholarship announcement on April 22, 2027.
