CSC High-Level Postgraduate Program is a full scholarship program funded by the Chinese government for international students to pursue postgraduate degrees in China. Shaanxi Normal University (SNNU), as an enrollment institution for the CSC High-Level Postgraduate Scholarship Program, welcomes outstanding international students to apply. SNNU will recommend excellent candidates to CSC, and the final admission will be determined after reviewed by CSC experts.

II. ELIGIBILITY

• Citizens of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, in good health both mentally and physically.
• Age and Education:
• For Master Program Application: Bachelor's degree holders under the age of 35.
• For PhD Program Application: Master's degree holders under the age of 40.
• Languages Proficiency:
• Chinese-taught Programs: HSK Level 4 or above.
• English-taught Programs: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 60.
• Awards and achievements in scientific researches are favorable.
