The Master’s Academic Scholarship at UOWD offers two categories of financial aid:

Scholarships are reviewed annually, and students must:

• Enroll in a minimum of 2 subjects per trimester.
• Maintain a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of ≥ 65.
• Receive no failing grades (F or TF).
• If the WAM falls below the required level, the scholarship will be reduced or revoked.

In addition to academic scholarships, UOWD also offers the Adam Gilchrist Sports Award, named after the legendary Australian cricketer. This 50% tuition fee scholarship is available for both undergraduate and postgraduate students who excel in football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, and cricket.

• Must be a representative player at the emirate, national, or international level.
• For master’s applicants, a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is required.
• Must meet UOWD admission criteria.
• Must actively participate in UOWD sports teams.

Applicants must submit the Scholarship Application Form along with supporting documents, including:

• Academic transcripts and certificates.
• Awards or achievements (if applicable).
• Referee reports (if applicable).

Applications should be submitted to FRED and Registry Services (1st Floor) by the deadline.
