ELIGIBILITY
- Entrepreneurial experience: Minimum three years of experience building and leading a social venture, with demonstrated evidence of significant social impact.
- Changemaking qualities: Demonstrates curiosity, humility, and persistence in seeking to understand the systemic roots of social or environmental challenges. Has lived experience with the issue or has meaningfully engaged with it.
- Systemic change contribution: Demonstrates a clear intention to pursue a career aligned with long-term, systemic social or environmental impact.
- Financial need: Demonstrates the need for the scholarship to achieve these career ambitions, based on financial situation or personal circumstances.
- Must meet the admission requirements for the Oxford MBA programme.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Academic Transcripts: Full university degree academic transcripts or mark-sheets from your completed undergraduate degree.
- A One-Page CV: Detailing at least two years of full-time work experience, showing career progression, international exposure, and leadership potential.
- GMAT or GRE Score Report: A valid GMAT or GRE score (A GMAT score of 595+ in the new version/650 in the old version, or a GRE score of 160 verbal / 160 quantitative is considered competitive).
- English Language Capability: A valid TOEFL, IELTS, or Cambridge C1/C2 score report (unless you are eligible for an English language waiver).
- References: Two professional or academic references (preferably professional, submitted via a valid institutional/work email).
- Written Work (Supporting Statement): A maximum 500-word essay telling the Admissions Committee something not covered in your application.
- Online Assessment: Completion of three randomized competency-based questions via the Kira Talent platform (takes up to 30 minutes).
HOW TO APPLY
- Step 1: Start your online application form for the Oxford MBA at Saïd Business School.
- Step 2: Fill out the Skoll Scholarship essay document found in the 'Funding' section of the MBA application and upload it.
- Step 3: Ensure all application requirements are met and submit your complete MBA application along with an application fee of £75. You must apply during stages 1, 2, 3, or 4 of the MBA admissions process (Stage 4 deadline is 6 January 2027).
- Step 4 (Selection Process): The MBA Admissions Team will first assess your application for MBA acceptance. If you receive an offer for the MBA, your application automatically proceeds to the Skoll Scholarship Selection Committee. Final shortlisting will take place in late March, and chosen candidates will be invited to an interview in April or May.
