Job Description:

• Manage platform’s assets allocated for NSF/ ICB and related revenue streams.

• Coordinate with Revenue Owners and ICB Seller Facing teams to ensure smooth execution of assets allocation and injection.

• Conduct performance reports and identify areas for improvement.

• Initiate practical and actionable projects and recommendations to improve team performance.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Shopee’s products, market and functions for consulting the sellers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Result-oriented, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations .

• Good team player with can-do attitude.

• Passion for learning and high curiosity for e-commerce industry.
