1. Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen of a country other than Australia or New Zealand.
- Not be a humanitarian or other permanent visa holder.
- Be a full fee-paying student (non-sponsored).
- Be applying for direct entry into one of the eligible courses. Other students are not eligible.
- Commence their studies at any of the La Trobe University Victorian campuses in 2026 or 2027.
- Meet the University's English language requirements and all other conditions stated on the Offer Letter.
- Obtain an offer letter before selection for the scholarship. Exceptions must be approved by La Trobe University. All students must have passed Genuine Student assessment, including financial checks, before they can be considered for this scholarship.
2. Benefits
- A reduction of either 50% or 100% off the total course tuition fee.
- This scholarship is applied from the first semester as an upfront discount to annual tuition fees for the duration of the course.
3. How to apply
- Please note that this scholarship will not be automatically considered.
- Eligible applicants will need to submit an application for their desired course(s) and intake and be in receipt of an offer.
- Students must prepare a maximum 250-word statement explaining "Beyond academic achievement, what specific difference do you hope to make in your field or community after completing your degree at La Trobe University?" and submit it in the application form.
