The Master MiNDS (Master in Natural Resources Development and Storage) is a highly specialized, fully funded 2nd-level Master's degree organized in collaboration between Eni and Politecnico di Torino. Designed for young professionals, this program offers a 360° view of the energy industry, with a special focus on Natural Resources and the Energy Transition. The training features a "learning by doing" approach, blending academic classroom lectures at the Politecnico di Torino Campus Lingotto with practical project work at Eni's operations offices in San Donato Milanese. All classes are taught entirely in English by university professors and Eni experts.

Benefits
- The enrollment fee (€21,001) for the Master's will be paid directly by Eni to the Politecnico di Torino.
- Selected students will receive a monthly grant of €1,500 gross for the entire duration of the program (12 months).
Eligibility
- Age Limit: Under 28 years old by December 31, 2026 (born after December 31, 1998).
- Academic Requirement: Hold a 2nd cycle degree (Master of Science degree/Laurea Magistrale) with a final score of at least 100/110 (or equivalent foreign qualification) by December 31, 2026.
- Eligible Fields of Study: Energy and Nuclear, Aerospace and Space, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, Computing, Physical-Mathematical Models for Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Geological and Geophysical Science.
- Language: Excellent knowledge of the English language, which will be assessed during the selection process.
