The Government of the Kingdom of Morocco through its Academic Cooperation Programme with the Moroccan International Cooperation Agency (AMCI's) is pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates desirous of pursuing studies at Moroccan Public Universities and Higher Institutions and Vocational Training Centres. Twenty (20) full scholarships have been offered to pursue studies up to the Doctoral level, commencing 2026-2027 academic year. The scholarship opportunities are annual and scholarships forfeited, will not be renewed.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT & BENEFITS
- Monthly stipend: 1,750 MAD (approx. USD 190)
- Airfare: One one-way ticket at the beginning of the program, and one return ticket upon successful completion of studies
- Health Coverage: Full access to public healthcare services and AMCI medical centres
- Housing Allowance: Additional 500 MAD/month (approx. USD 50) for students without university-provided accommodation
- Research Support: Lump-sum grant to assist with thesis printing costs for master’s and doctoral candidates
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Undergraduate Applicants Must Submit:
- Verified copies of 1st and 2nd year CAPE or Associate Degree results
- Academic transcripts
- Birth certificate
- Copy of National ID
- Passport biodata page
- Recent police clearance certificate
- Medical certificate issued by a public health authority
Master’s and PhD Applicants Must Also Include:
- University diplomas
- Official academic transcripts
- Curriculum outlines of previous degree programs
- Master’s thesis (for PhD applicants)
- Doctoral thesis proposal (for PhD applicants)
WHO CAN APPLY?
For Undergraduate Applicants:
- Open to students of all nationalities
- Must be aged between 19 and 23
- Should hold or be in the final year of a CAPE/Associate Degree (Grade A or B) by 2025 or 2026
- Must have maintained strong academic performance in the last two semesters
For Master’s Applicants:
- Must hold a recognized bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- Should have achieved first or second-class honours (or equivalent academic distinction)
- Consistently strong academic record
For PhD Applicants:
- Must hold a relevant master’s degree or its equivalent
- A well-defined doctoral research proposal must be submitted at the time of application
