Chulalongkorn University has established the “Graduate Scholarship Program for ASEAN or Non-ASEAN Countries” to provide financial assistance to international students who wish to pursue their graduate studies. This fully funded scholarship aims to further develop academic cooperation between Thailand and foreign countries, covering a wide range of academic fields for Master's and PhD programs.

Benefit
- Tuition fees: 100% coverage of tuition fees (excluding special fees charged by the faculty or program).
- Stipend: A monthly stipend and accommodation allowance in the amount of 16,000 Baht.
- Airfare: An economy class, round-trip ticket. Maximum reimbursement varies by region (e.g., up to 8,500 Baht for ASEAN students; 12,000 Baht for other Asian countries; 20,000 Baht for Europe/Africa/Oceania; 30,000 Baht for the Americas).
Eligibility
- International graduate students from ASEAN or Non-ASEAN countries.
- Applicants must not have been studying in any program at Chulalongkorn University for more than one semester.\
- Must have obtained a minimum GPA of 2.75 for undergraduate studies and 3.25 for graduate studies.
- Must not be over 35 years of age.
- English Proficiency: Minimum TOEFL score of 500 (173 computer-based) or an IELTS score of 5.0.
- Must be in good health.
- Note: Faculty members, researchers, and academic staff who will return to teach/work at their home universities after graduation are preferred.
Required documents
- Completed application form with a 1-inch photograph attached.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV / Resume).
- Official academic transcript and a degree certificate from the last attended academic institution.
- Photocopy of a valid passport.
- Two Recommendation Letters from the head, director, dean of the applicant’s affiliated institution, or superiors.
- Medical certificate confirming a physical examination from a hospital in the applicant’s home country.

- Step 2: Complete the application form.
- Step 3: Send the application form and all relevant documents directly to the chosen faculty/program.
- Important: Each faculty sets its own schedule. Applicants must submit their documents to the faculty at least 2 weeks prior to the final deadline set by the University’s Office of Academic Affairs.
